A Weekend in Pune

It was a sunny Friday afternoon in Pune, and Raj was looking forward to a relaxing weekend. His wife, Meera, had planned a small surprise for him, but he had no idea what it was. As they drove back to their cozy home in Koregaon Park, Meera’s eyes sparkled with excitement.

“Raj, I’ve planned something a bit different for us this weekend,” Meera said with a mischievous grin.

Raj raised an eyebrow, intrigued. “Oh? What’s that?”

“You’ll see soon enough,” Meera replied cryptically.

When they arrived home, Meera led Raj to their bedroom where a large box sat in the center of the room. She handed him a note.

“Read this,” Meera instructed.

Raj unfolded the note, which read:

Dear Raj,

This weekend, you will step into a new role – that of a charming housemaid. Yes, you heard that right! I’ve prepared a little adventure for us to have some fun and explore new dynamics. Embrace the role, and let’s enjoy the weekend. I promise it’ll be playful and full of laughter.

Love, Meera

Raj’s eyes widened as he glanced at the box. He looked at Meera, who was now holding a selection of elegant housemaid outfits.

“Are you serious?” Raj asked, half-laughing, half-dumbfounded.

“Absolutely,” Meera said, her eyes twinkling. “Let’s see how well you can handle the role. I’ve planned some fun activities for us, and I’m sure it will be a memorable weekend.”

Raj, always up for a bit of adventure and keen to please his wife, decided to embrace the challenge. With a mixture of excitement and nerves, he opened the box. Inside, he found a beautifully crafted housemaid outfit, complete with a frilly apron and a pair of comfortable ballet flats.

As Raj slipped into the outfit, Meera helped him with the final touches. She adorned him with a delicate headband and gave him a playful wink. “You look fabulous!”

Despite feeling a bit self-conscious, Raj couldn’t help but laugh at the situation. Meera guided him through the day’s activities. They started with a fun “housemaid training session,” where Raj was tasked with tidying up the living room, organizing the bookshelves, and even preparing a tea tray. Meera played the role of the demanding “mistress” with good humor, making sure Raj was having fun.

The highlight of the weekend was when Meera invited a few close friends over for a brunch. Raj, now fully embracing his role, served the guests with grace and humor, adding an extra layer of entertainment to the gathering. His friends were amused and supportive, and the atmosphere was filled with laughter and playful banter.

As the weekend progressed, Raj found himself enjoying the novelty of the role. Meera’s enthusiasm and the fun activities she had planned made the experience surprisingly enjoyable. They spent the evenings watching movies, discussing the day's events, and laughing about the mishaps and triumphs of the housemaid duties..

As they relaxed on the couch, Meera leaned over and whispered, “Thank you for being such a good sport, Raj. I’ve had so much fun, and I hope you have too.”

Raj smiled, his face still slightly flushed from the day’s activities. “I did, Meera. It was definitely a weekend to remember.”

With that, they both laughed, enjoying the final moments of their playful adventure before returning to their everyday lives, grateful for the special memories they had created together.

Shaheer Sheikh in Mahabharat ( Crossdressing as Women)

Shaheer Sheikh in Mahabharat
A person’s pride knows no boundaries, especially if you are one of the greatest archers of all time. Dhanurdari Arjun of Mahabharat had to be a eunuch during the last year of Pandavas’ exile. And our handsome Shaheer Sheikh carried off the character named Brihannala perfectly, by cross-dressing as a woman in the Star Plus’ magnum opus show Mahabharat. He walked, talked, covered the face and shied away like a woman. And when he danced, the actor was successful in bringing out the ferocity of a female who has faced injustice.

Before starting the lesson on How to wear a sari, here is a little bit of information on the Indian saree.

A saree or sari is an unstitched rectangular piece of fabric worn by women in the Indian sub continent. The length of a sari varies from 4.5 metres (5 yards) to 8 meters (9 yards, worn by brahmins) and its width is about 1 metre. A saree is worn by wrapping one end around the waist and the other end draped over the shoulder.

Saree is the traditional Indian dress and one of the most elegant attires a woman can wear. Saree is one dress which fits all - fat or thin short or tall and also worn on any occasion and to any place.

Wearing Saree - The Indian style of wearing Saree

The most common style of wearing saree is by wrapping one end of the saree around the waist with pleats in front and pinning the neatly folded other end on the left shoulder over the blouse. However women in different parts of India wear saree in their own traditional style.

Given below is a step by step instruction on How to Wear a Saree. Wearing a saree is not very difficult though it may seem so. These simple step by step instructions will help you wear saree with graceful elegance.

Petticoat (long under skirt from waist to ankles) and blouse are essential under garments for the saree. The petticoat should be tied tightly at the waist by a drawstring. Remember, the color of the petticoat and the blouse worn along with the saree should be matching with the color of your sari.

How to wear a saree? Step 1

Unfold the saree to its full length. Adjust the height up to your navel, wrap the saree around the waistline comfortably and tuck the top edge of the saree into your petticoat.

Wearing a Saree - Step 2

Take the top end of your saree in your right hand and circle it around your waist till you come to the front. Make sure you maintain the same height as you wrap it around the waistline. Now tuck the top edge of the saree inside the petticoat.

Wearing Indian Sari - Step 3

You are now ready for pleating the saree in the front. Pleating is done using your right hand while your left hand holds tight the remaining length of the saree.

Wear a Saree - Step 4

Your middle finger and index finger will be slipping to and fro while your little finger and ring finger will steady your right thumb. Make 8 to 10 pleats to fit your requirement.

Wear Sari - Step 5

When you have pleated uniformly, hold the pleats together and adjust the height.

Wearing a Sari - Step 6

Tuck the pleats neatly inside your petticoat and smoothen the pleats to your choice. The pleats should fall straight and even.

Wrap Saree? Step 7

Take the remaining length and pass it on to your left, gently round your waistline and bring it under your right arm.

Saree Wearing - Step 8

Pull over the drape to tighten around the hips and waist.

Wearing a Saree - Step 9

Take the saree over your left arm covering roughly the portion between your bustline and knees. You can also pleat the pallu edge if you want.

Top 5 Bra Style That every Crossdresser should know :

Top 5 Bra Style That every Crossdresser should know :

With so many bra options to choose from, it’s no wonder so many crossdressers and TG women get confused and wear a bra that’s the wrong size or style.

1. Front closure bra

frontclosurebra

Front closure bras have a clasp in the front of the bra instead of the back. These bras tend to have wider set cups – making them ideal for girls with broad rib cages and/or widely spaced breasts.

2. Convertible bra

                                        convertiblebra

Once of the biggest complaints I hear from crossdressers and TG women is that most bras have straps that aren’t long enough for them.

Convertible bras offers a perfect solution. Convertible bras have removable straps that can be worn in different ways – including crisscrossed. Because of this, they have longer straps than regular bras.

3. Balconette bra

                                           balconettebra

Balconette bras have cups that are cut horizontally across the bust. This is a beautiful cup style that’s particularly flattering to wide rib cages and/or wide set breasts.

Most balconette bras are padded, so they’re also great for giving “the girls” some extra oomph.

4. Wireless bra

                  wirelessbra

Underwire bras offer maximum support, so they’re ideal if you wear breast forms. However, they can be hard to fit if you have a wide chest.

Consider wearing a wireless bra instead. Wireless bras have a more forgiving fit, so they’re much more comfortable.

If you want to wear a soft cup bra with breast forms, look for a pocketed bra or attach the breast forms to your chest with tape or adhesive.

5. Adhesive bra

                                   adhesivebra

Adhesive bras are a backless, strapless bra style that’s attached to the breasts with adhesive.
